Software built by advisers, for advisers
Bloom is the operating system for modern UK advice firms — CRM, cashflow, suitability, compliance and client portal in one place. It exists because the tools we were sold didn't talk to each other, and we got tired of paying for the gaps.
One client. One record. Everything reading from it.
Why we built it
Bloom started inside a real, FCA-regulated advice firm. We were running a CRM that didn't do cashflow, a cashflow tool that didn't know our clients, a separate suitability writer, a spreadsheet for RMAR, and yet another login for the client portal — re-keying the same client's details into five systems and reconciling them by hand.
Every one of those tools was fine on its own. Together they were a tax on the working day: data went out of sync, nothing was the “truth”, and Consumer Duty evidence lived wherever someone last saved it. We built Bloom to collapse that stack into one system where the client record is the source of truth, and everything else — the cashflow chart, the suitability letter, the RMAR return, the portal — reads from it.
The principle that runs through everything
One source of truth. Every feature in Bloom pulls from the raw client and policy data the adviser enters once. We never duplicate data that could drift out of sync. A valuation, a review, a withdrawal, a suitability report — all of it traces back to the same underlying record. The polished features sit on top of that data; they don't fork it.
It's an unglamorous principle, but it's the whole point. It's why your MI is trustworthy, why your compliance evidence is defensible, and why AI features in Bloom work on your real client data rather than a disconnected copy.
Built in the UK, for UK regulation
Bloom is built specifically for UK financial advice firms. That means it speaks the actual language of the work — fact-finds, suitability, Consumer Duty outcomes, RMAR / GABRIEL returns, vulnerable-client handling — rather than a generic CRM bent into shape. It connects to the platforms and tools UK advisers actually use, and security is treated as a first-class concern.
We use Bloom to run a live advice firm every day. When something is clunky, we feel it before you do — and we fix it.
Where we're going
The roadmap is simple: keep deepening the few workflows advisers live in — meeting to fact-find to suitability to sign-off — and keep the platform honest, secure and genuinely all-in-one.
