The firm Bloom is built inside
Bloom isn't software a developer guessed at — it's the system a working, FCA-regulated UK advice firm runs on every day. We're early, so you won't find a wall of logos here. What you'll find is something more useful: an honest account of the firm Bloom was built for, and an open invitation to be one of the next.

The reference firm: Arthur Browns Wealth Management
Arthur Browns Wealth Management Ltd is a real, FCA-regulated UK advice firm (FCA reference 825843). Bloom was built inside it, and the firm now runs its whole practice on it. That's the honest version of our story — not a pilot, not a demo account, but the day-to-day operating system of a live advice business.
Before Bloom, the firm was doing what most UK advice firms do: juggling a separate CRM, a cashflow tool that didn't know the clients, a standalone suitability writer, a spreadsheet for RMAR, and yet another login for the client portal. Each tool was fine on its own. Together they meant re-keying the same client's details across systems, reconciling them by hand, and never being quite sure which copy was the truth.
Bloom collapsed that stack into one system. Today the firm keeps client data in one place, drafts suitability letters straight from the live client record rather than copying details across, and keeps its Consumer Duty evidence in a single system instead of wherever someone last saved it. The practical upshot is simply less time re-keying between tools and more confidence that the numbers in front of you are the real ones.
We won't dress this up with invented percentages or before-and-after metrics — the genuine, defensible claim is this: the people building Bloom use it to run a regulated advice firm. When something is clunky, we feel it before you do, and we fix it.
The principle that makes it work
One source of truth. Every feature in Bloom pulls from the raw client and policy data the adviser enters once. Nothing is duplicated where it could drift out of sync. A valuation, a review, a withdrawal, a suitability report — all of it traces back to the same underlying record. It's why the firm's MI is trustworthy and why its compliance evidence holds up. Bloom is built specifically for UK financial advice firms and the regulation they actually work under.
