Bloom can now read scanned PDFs, photos of statements and handwritten meeting notes, extracting the text straight into the suitability workflow — no manual OCR required.
E-signature one-time codes
Clients now confirm a one-time code, sent to the contact on file, before they e-sign — strengthening the legal weight of each signature.
Security hardening pass
The rate limiter now fails closed, server errors no longer leak internal detail, portal links only return the data they were scoped to, and logs are scrubbed of secrets.
Encrypted integration secrets & optional mandatory MFA
All third-party connection tokens are now encrypted at rest, and firms can enforce two-factor authentication across the whole team.
