From sign-up to your first review

Bloom is built around a single source of truth: you enter each client's details once, and every other feature reads from that same record. The steps below take a new firm from an empty account to a working practice.

  1. Create your firm and invite your team. Set up your firm in Bloom and invite colleagues. Admin and paraplanner seats are always free — you only pay for adviser seats.
  2. Add or import your clients. Bring clients in from Intelliflo, Transact or a CSV file. Bloom validates the data on the way in and tags each record with where it came from, so you always know the source.
  3. Connect your integrations. Link the platforms and tools you already use — AJ Bell, Transact, Xero and your Gmail or Outlook mailbox — so valuations, accounts and email flow alongside the client record.
  4. Build a fact-find and cashflow. Capture the client's circumstances in the fact-find and model their future with the cashflow tool. Both work from the same underlying data rather than a separate copy.
  5. Draft a suitability letter from the live record. Generate a suitability letter that pulls directly from the client's real data, so the recommendation reflects what is actually held — not a re-keyed summary.
  6. Send the client portal invite. Invite the client to their portal, where they can see the information you share with them in one secure place.

Find your way around Bloom

Getting started

Set up your firm, invite your team and learn how Bloom keeps one client record as the source of truth for everything else.

Importing clients & policies

Bring clients and policies in from Intelliflo, Transact or CSV. Bloom validates each record and tags the source so nothing drifts out of sync.

Integrations

Connect AJ Bell, Transact, Xero and your Gmail or Outlook mailbox so valuations, accounts and email sit alongside the client record.

Cashflow & calculators

Model a client's future with cashflow planning, backed by 23 built-in calculators that run on the same underlying client data.

Suitability & compliance

Draft AI-assisted suitability letters from the live client record and keep your advice process documented and defensible.

Consumer Duty & RMAR

Track Consumer Duty outcomes and prepare your RMAR return from the same data your advisers work in every day.
